One of their most strategic initiatives was implementing a Value Based Care Model with quality, patient experience, and healthcare outcomes being at the top of the list. Their biggest challenge was standing up quickly a very large team of highly skilled resources who could execute on their overarching strategy as an organization. This would consist of expertise and experience in healthcare data and specific engineering skills, along with testing and project management.

Form talented team

Through mutual collaboration and discovery, Integris Group proposed creating teams of data engineers, testers and leaders who could work closely with the existing leadership team and staff. The team would need come from a strong healthcare background, and specific cloud technologies with knowledge of data engineering tools/languages to achieve value quickly. Being able to engineer this data and construct quality data pipelines in 12-months would be critical in this effort.
